Stand in front of your vision board daily, take in in parts or all of the dreams you want to focus on, take it all in, pictures, words, affirmations. Now, close your eyes and use your mind to attract them into your life. As you do this, use your words. Speak out positive affirmations that represent what you visualize. Use words like; ‘I can do it, I will do It for myself”.
Give yourself a time when you go and take stock of what goal you have accomplished, how you were able to, what you haven’t done and what you need to update. Hey, remember to celebrate your small wins.
